Benchmarking Employee Benefits

CTHRA has launched a new Cable and Telecommunications Employee Benefits Survey to establish industry-specific benchmarks that employers can use to assess the competitiveness of their offerings. The survey, which will be conducted by PwC Saratoga, will provide a deep dive into the landscape of employee benefits offerings and a metrics portion that will focus on retention, productivity and 15 additional metrics.
