Planning Spurs Exciting Changes at CTHRA
CTHRA’s Board of
Directors and staff recently embarked upon a comprehensive
strategic planning process facilitated by Proteus
International. After a careful assessment of the
current state of the industry, a formal survey
of CHROs and HR executives, and a SWOT analysis,
we are excited to announce a new mission and vision!
The driving force behind both changes is a dedication
to deliver timely and targeted, industry-specific
resources that your entire HR department can leverage
to propel your company forward in an increasingly
complex environment. To that end, we’re
pleased to announce:
CTHRA’S MISSION is to provide
an industry-specific forum and analytics for HR
leaders to enable business success.
OUR VISION is that industry leaders
will recognize CTHRA as a critical business resource,
CTHRA will be considered the industry’s
best source for expertise and insight related
to people strategies, HR leaders will be aware
of CTHRA’s offerings and engaged in our
organization, and our organization will continue
to be financially sustainable.
